There has been a coming and going of friends around the holidays and in the new year. Some were sent off with a dinner. On the menu: chicken burgers with mediterranean flavors and roasted sweet potato wedges.
We made the buns with every day bread dough and jazzed them up with sesame seeds. The patties were made from ground chicken mixed with rosemary and garlic. We filled out the burgers with spicy mayo, arugula, eggplant, and goat cheese, and then we served some baked sweet potato pieces on the side.
